# Edit page content

In an [HTML demo](https://livedemo.ai/docs/capture-a-livedemo/html-demos/), every screen is real page code. Change what's on it without recording again.

## Edit an element

1. Select a step on an HTML screen.
2. Click **Edit** in the toolbar. (It's grayed out on screenshot and video screens.)
3. Click the element on the page. A panel opens:

| Panel | Options |
| --- | --- |
| **Edit text** | **Text**, **Color**, **Background** |
| **Edit image** | **Replace image** with an **Upload** |
| **Edit element** | **Color**, **Background** |
| All | **Blur element**, **Hide element** |

4. Click **Apply**, then **Done** when you've finished.

## Common edits

- Replace real customer names with sample ones.
- Make the numbers impressive and consistent (revenue, users, dates).
- Swap a logo for your prospect's, for a [personalized](https://livedemo.ai/docs/edit-a-livedemo/variables/) sales demo.
- Remove an unfinished feature with **Hide element**.

## Edits and Delta screens

Edits apply to the screen you edit. If the same element appears on later Delta screens, check them too.
