# HubSpot

## Connect

Only the workspace Admin can connect it.

1. Open **Settings → Integrations** and turn on **HubSpot**.
2. Sign in to HubSpot in the new tab and approve access.

To disconnect, turn the switch off. To fully revoke access, also uninstall LiveDemo under **Connected apps** in HubSpot.

## What syncs

| Demo [lead form](https://livedemo.ai/docs/edit-a-livedemo/lead-forms/) | Contact created or updated with **email**, **first name** and **last name**. Other answers stay in [Leads](https://livedemo.ai/docs/analytics/leads/) |
| AI Demo Agent lead | Contact created or updated, plus a **note** with the summary, topics, intent, demos watched, qualification answers, unanswered questions, a **Replay** link and the recap link |

The agent note is added when the conversation ends.

## Use a HubSpot form in a demo

1. Add a [popup](https://livedemo.ai/docs/edit-a-livedemo/popup/) and set **Popup Type** to **Form**.
2. Set **Form Type** to **hubspot**.
3. Pick your form in **Select form**.

Submissions go straight to HubSpot, like any HubSpot form on your site, and the demo moves on.
