- **Conversation insights**: every session gets a summary, topics, buying intent and a list of unanswered questions. These show in Analytics → AI Agents
- **Qualification questions**: the agent asks your questions one at a time and records the answers. Your own rules decide who is qualified
- **Inline booking**: Calendly and Cal.com open inside the demo pane, prefilled with the visitor's name and email. Can be limited to qualified visitors
- **Webhooks & Slack**: signed webhooks and Slack alerts for `lead.created`, `lead.qualified`, `session.ended`, `meeting.booked` and `recap.viewed`
- **HubSpot for agent leads**: contacts are created or updated with a conversation note (summary, demos watched, answers, replay link)
- **Whole-website crawling**: sitemap or link crawl with JavaScript rendering, tables and alt text kept, re-read every 24 hours, unchanged pages skipped
- **Extraction preview**: see exactly what the agent reads from each page, with warnings for pages with little text
- **Knowledge gaps**: unanswered questions grouped by topic, with an **Add FAQ** button that drafts the answer
- **Sales call transcripts**: a new knowledge type the agent learns phrasing from, without quoting customers
- **Personalized demos**: `{{company}}`, `{{firstName}}` and `{{logo}}` in demos, from `?acct=` links, `identify()` or the visitor's email
- **Page rules & smart search bar**: a different teaser, starter questions and auto-open per page, plus a new "Ask anything" launcher
- **Recap page**: a shareable conversation recap. You see when it's forwarded inside the account
