# Embed in WordPress

## Get the code

1. Turn on **Share → Public access** in the LiveDemo editor.
2. Open **Share → Embed** and click **Copy code** next to **Website**.

## Block editor (Gutenberg)

1. Open the page or post and click **+**.
2. Search for **Custom HTML** and add the block.
3. Paste the code.
4. Click **Preview**, then **Update** or **Publish**.

## Elementor

1. Drag the **HTML** widget onto the page.
2. Paste the code in the widget's content box.
3. Click **Update**.

## Classic editor

Switch to the **Text** tab (not **Visual**) and paste the code where the demo should go.

## Troubleshooting

- **Code shows as text**: you pasted it in a paragraph block. Use **Custom HTML**.
- **iframe removed on save**: some security plugins and WordPress.com free plans strip iframes. Allow iframes from `story-api.livedemo.ai` in the plugin, or share the [link](https://livedemo.ai/docs/share/share-your-public-livedemo/) instead.
- **Blank demo**: check **Public access**. More in [Troubleshooting](https://livedemo.ai/docs/resources/troubleshooting/).
