# Help center guides

Users learn by clicking, not by reading. Put a short demo in every how-to article.

## Recipe

1. **Capture one task per demo**, such as "Invite a teammate". Keep it to 5–10 steps.
2. **Write clear steps** with [AI Text](https://livedemo.ai/docs/edit-a-livedemo/ai-text/), then shorten them by hand.
3. **Add narration** with [AI voiceover](https://livedemo.ai/docs/edit-a-livedemo/voiceover/), for users who prefer to watch.
4. **Turn on [Navigation Tabs](https://livedemo.ai/docs/edit-a-livedemo/misc-settings/)** so users can jump to the step they need.
5. **Blur real data** with [Blur & hide data](https://livedemo.ai/docs/edit-a-livedemo/blur-and-hide-data/).
6. **Embed** in the article. See [Zendesk & help centers](https://livedemo.ai/docs/share/embed-in-zendesk/) or [Notion](https://livedemo.ai/docs/share/embed-in-notion/).
7. **Open at the right step** from other articles with the `step` [URL parameter](https://livedemo.ai/docs/share/url-parameters/).

## Tips

- Keep the written steps under the demo too: for search engines, screen readers and printing.
- Name demos after the article and [tag them](https://livedemo.ai/docs/manage/tags-and-filters/) `help-center`, so you can find them when the UI changes.
- When your UI changes, re-capture only the screens that changed. See [Screens](https://livedemo.ai/docs/edit-a-livedemo/screens/).
