Free plan (Startup): 3 published demos, AI voiceover and AI text personalization, LiveDemo watermark. Pro adds unlimited demos, no watermark, lead capture forms, GIF and MP4 exports and session recordings. Growth adds the AI Demo Agent (chat, voice and live video avatars). Business adds custom domain, dedicated support, managed hosting and paid whitelabel.

### Is there a free trial?

Yes. Pro and Growth both come with a 7-day free trial. Startup is free forever for one creator.

### What is the difference between Pro and Growth?

Pro is for interactive product demos: unlimited demos, no watermark, lead forms, exports and session recordings. Growth adds the AI Demo Agent: a chat, voice and video agent on your site that answers questions from your docs, shows the right demo, qualifies leads, books meetings and sends you a summary of every conversation.

### Do I need my own OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Anam or LemonSlice account?

No. AI, voice and 1000 avatar credits a month (60 minutes, one live avatar at a time) are included on Growth. You will be able to purchase more avatar session credits when those run out. Or add your own Anam or LemonSlice key for unlimited avatar time. Usage on your keys is tracked in credits in your workspace and does not count toward the 1000. Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again.

### How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed once a year and cost about 20% less: Pro is $324 a year ($27 a month) and Growth is $468 a year ($39 a month), per creator.

### Who counts as a creator?

Every user in your workspace is a creator and is billed separately, so a team of 5 on Pro pays for 5 creators ($170 a month). Demo viewers and website visitors are free and never count as creators.

### Can I self-host LiveDemo?

Yes. LiveDemo is source-available under the FSL-1.1-MIT license and self-hosting is free on every plan. Whitelabel is not free: it is a paid Business option, whether LiveDemo hosts it or you self-host.
