# How Do I Cancel My Pipedrive Account

> To cancel your Pipedrive subscription, click your profile icon, open Personal preferences, and go to Billing. Scroll to the cancellation section and click Cancel my subscription. Select a reason, click Continue to cancel, fill in the required details, and confirm by clicking Cancel my plan.

## Steps

1. Click on the top right profile icon to view options.
2. Go to Personal preferences .
3. Go to the Billing section under Personal preferences.
4. Scroll down to find the cancellation section.
5. Locate and click on the Cancel my subscription option.
6. Pick a reason and click on Continue to cancel .
7. Fill the details as required and then proceed to confirm your choice by clicking on Cancel my plan .
