# How to Access Jira Service Desk

> To access Jira Service Desk in Jira, click the menu icon at the upper left of your dashboard, select 'Jira Service Management' under your apps, or click 'Projects', choose 'View All Projects', and filter by the 'Jira Service Management' product.

## Steps

1. Click the men icon located at the upper left corner of your Jira dashboard.
2. Under your apps, select 'Jira Service Management' to access the app.
3. By following these steps, you can access your Jira Service Desk.
4. Click on 'Projects' and then select 'View All Projects'.
5. Filter by product and select 'Jira Service Management'.
