## Steps

1. Click on the profile icon on the top right to view options.
2. Select Personal preferences .
3. Go to Email sync from the left sidebar menu.
4. Either add or edit an existing signature.
5. Click on the three dotted icon for more options and select Link .
6. Now, use this feature to create a hyperlinked text that will lead your users to a URL that allows them to opt out of your emailing list.
7. Click on Save .
