## Steps

1. Go to Setup and navigate to Object Manager.
2. Choose the object that contains the picklist field you want to modify (e.g., Contact, Opportunity).
3. Click on Fields & Relationships.
4. Select New
5. Select Picklist and hit Next.
6. Locate the specific Picklist field where you want to add a new value. Picklist fields are often identified by a magnifying glass icon next to their name in the list.
