How to Add an Agent Signature in Zendesk



Guide

  1. On the left-side panel, click 'Views'.

  2. Tap 'Manage Views' at the bottom-left corner.

  3. On another tab, head over to the left-side panel once again and click the 'Workspaces' icon.

  4. Following that, tap 'Agent Interface' under the Agent Tools section.

  5. Find 'Signature' and then click the text box next to it.

  6. Right below the template code, type your desired Agent Signature.

  7. Once done, click 'Save' at the bottom-right corner to finally add your Agent Signature and apply the changes.
