  1. Open the document where you want to add recipient fields.

  2. In the document editor, look for the 'Fields' panel on the right-hand side.

  3. Ensure you have at least one recipient added to your document.

  4. Before placing the initial field, assign it to the appropriate recipient.

  5. From the 'Fields' panel, drag and drop the required fields onto the document.

  6. Each recipient should have their designated fields.

  7. Click 'Send' when your document is ready for signature.
