# Salesforce - how to add email signature in salesforce

> To add an email signature in Salesforce, click your avatar for Settings, select Email, and open My Email Settings. Next, enter your signature in the designated box, choose your preferred email composer option, and click Save.

## Steps

1. Click on your avatar on the top-right and click on Settings.
2. Click on Email in the left pane.
3. Go to My Email Settings.
4. Enter your Email Signature in the Signature box.
5. Decide between Salesforce Email composer or sticking with the Default Email application.
6. Finally, hit Save.
