# Salesforce - How to Add Security Token to Password in Salesforce

> To add a security token to your password in Salesforce, click your avatar, select Settings, and type Reset in the Quick Find box. Choose Reset My Security Token under Personal Information, click Reset Security Token, and check your inbox to receive your new token.

## Steps

1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner.
2. Select Settings.
3. In the Quick Find box, type " Reset" and choose Reset My Security Token ( under Personal Information.)
4. Click Reset Security Token.
5. You will receive your new security token in your inbox.
