# How to Add Shadow in Canva

## Steps

1. Open an existing design.
2. Click the text you’d like to edit.
3. On the edit toolbar, click 'Effects'.
4. On the effects menu, select 'Shadow'.
5. Adjust the effect intensity, direction, blur, and transparency.

7. Once you're satisfied with your design, click 'Share' to save it.
