# How to Add Social Media Links to Mailchimp

> To add social media links to Mailchimp, select Create from the left column of your dashboard and click Design Email. Choose a template or create one from scratch, then drag and drop the Social block from the Content tab onto your email canvas. Finally, click the block to edit attributes in the left column.

## Steps

1. On your dashboard, select Create from the left column.
2. Select Design Email .
3. In the Content section, click on Design Email .
4. Create a template from scratch or pick from the options available in the gallery.
5. Under the Content tab in the Add section, select Social . Now drag and drop it to the email canvas.
6. Your social links block will be placed in your preferred location.
7. You can click on the social media links block and edit the attributes in the left column.
