How to add unsubscribe link in sendgrid

Head over to Settings in the left sidebar.
Select Tracking.
Now, click on Subscription Tracking.
Edit the Unsubscribe message to your liking.
Just place the clickable element in your unsubscribe text between <% %>
If you already have a custom unsubscribe link, you can add the link under the Custom Landing Page URL field.
Make sure the subscription tracking is Enabled. And hit Save.
