# How to add users in jira

> To add users in Jira, open Settings via the gear icon and select User Management. Add team members in bulk using email addresses, or click Invite users, enter addresses, and send the invite. Finally, approve the user to complete the process and view the success prompt.

## Steps

1. Go to Settings (gear icon) on the top right.
2. Select User Management from the dropdown.
3. You can add your team in bulk by adding their email addresses.
4. Or hit Invite users button on the top right.
5. Add email addresses and hit Invite users .
6. Lastly, Approve the user.
7. You will get a success prompt at the end.
