# How to Allow Participants to Share Screen in Zoom

> To allow participants to share their screens in Zoom, start or join a meeting, open the Advanced Sharing Options from the Share Screen menu, select All Participants under Who Can Share, and close the settings to save your preferences.

## Steps

1. Start or join a new meeting to get started.
2. After that, head over to the menu bar and click the 'Arrow-up' icon above the Share Screen button to access the settings.
3. Select 'Advanced Sharing Options' from the list.
4. Under the Who Can Share section, click the radio button next to 'All Participants'. Following that, configure the other provided settings according to your liking.
5. Once done, click 'Close' to save your new preferences.
6. After completing these steps, the participants of your Zoom meeting will be now allowed to share their screens.
