# How to Archive a Bank Account in Xero

## Steps

1. On Xero's main dashboard, go to the top menu bar and click 'Accounting'.
2. Choose 'Chart of Accounts' from the list of options.
3. After that, find the bank account you wish to archive and then tick the checkbox beside it.
4. Tap 'Archive' to proceed.
5. Subsequently, click 'OK' to confirm your request.
6. After completing these steps, the selected bank account in your Xero workspace will be archived.
