# How to Backup Miro Board

> To back up your work in Miro, open the board, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, go to Board, and click Export. Finally, select Download board backup to save the file.

## Steps

1. Open your Miro board.
2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
3. Navigate to 'Board' and click 'Export'.
4. From the menu, select 'Download board backup' and Miro will save a .rtb file.
