# How to backup notion

> To backup your data in Notion, go to Settings and members, access Workspace settings, and select Export all workspace content. Choose your export format, click Export to begin, and download your files from the browser or the link sent to your email.

## Steps

1. Go to the Settings and members section of your sidebar menu.
2. Go to the Settings section under Workspace .
3. Scroll down to Export content and select E xport all workspace content .
4. Select your desired format to export everything in.
5. Click on Export to begin exporting.
6. Your Workspace will be exported and downloaded. You will also receive an email with a link to download your files.
