How to Block a User on Zendesk



Guide

  1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Customers'.

  2. Browse the list of customers on the main dashboard and select the user you wish to block.

  3. Tap the drop-down arrow next to the 'New Ticket' button.

  4. Choose 'Suspend Access' afterwards.

  5. After completing these steps, the selected customer will be blocked and suspended from sending tickets and emails to your channel.
