# How to Cancel SurveyMonkey Subscription

> To cancel your plan on SurveyMonkey, click your username, select My Account, and go to the Billing Details tab. Under Billing Profile, click Cancel next to Auto-renew. Review the cancellation terms and downgrade date, select the check box, and confirm by clicking Yes, cancel my subscription.

## Steps

1. Click your username in the upper-right corner.
2. Select 'My Account'.
3. Click the 'Billing Details' tab.
4. Under the 'Billing Profile' section, go to 'Auto-renew' and click 'Cancel'.
5. Make sure to review the cancellation terms and date your account will downgrade. Click the check box.
6. Confirm the action by clicking the option 'Yes, cancel my subscription'.
