# How to Cancel the Smartsheet Subscription

> To terminate your Smartsheet subscription, access the left-side panel on the main dashboard, select Account, and click Plan & Billing Info. Tap Cancel Account, choose Switch to Free, select your reason for leaving, and confirm by tapping OK.

## Steps

1. On Smartsheet's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click 'More'.
2. Select 'Account' from the available choices.
3. After that, click 'Plan & Billing Info' to proceed.
4. Tap 'Cancel Account'.
