# How to Change the Display Name on Zoom

> To update your display name in Zoom, click your Profile icon in the top-right corner, select My Profile, and tap Edit next to your name. Next, enter your preferred name into the Display Name field and click Save to apply the changes.

## Steps

1. Go to the top-right corner and click your 'Profile' icon.
2. Choose 'My Profile' from the list of options.
3. Following that, tap the 'Edit' button next to your existing name.
4. Enter your preferred name into the Display Name input field.
