# How to Check GitLab Version

> To check your GitLab version, sign in using your username or email and password, verify you are human, click the Help tab, and select Help. The version will then be displayed at the top of the page.

## Steps

1. Enter your Gitlab Username or email and password .
2. Click Sign In .
3. Tick the Verify you are human box.
4. Click on the Help tab.
5. Click Help .
6. The version is displayed at the top of the page.
