# How to Check the SharePoint Permissions of the Selected Users

## Steps

1. Inside the main dashboard of your SharePoint site, head over to the top-right corner and click the 'Settings' icon.
2. Select 'Site Permissions' from the list of options.
3. After that, tap the 'Advanced Permissions Settings'.
4. Subsequently, go to the top menu bar and click 'Check Permissions'.
5. Enter the name or email address of the users with the permission you wish to check and then click 'Check Now' to proceed.
