# Aircall salesforce integration

> To integrate Aircall, navigate to Salesforce AppExchange to find and get the CTI app, select your installation environment, confirm your account, log in with your custom domain, choose user permissions, grant third-party access, and verify the installation in your settings.

## Steps

1. Head over to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Aircall CTI.
2. Hit the Get It Now button.
3. Select Try in your sandbox .
4. Now, check if your account info is correct and click on Continue to Installation .
5. We now have to move to login to your Salesforce account by clicking the Log In & Install .
6. Click on Use Custom Domain to add your salesforce domain.
7. Add your custom domain name and hit Continue .
8. Choose who you are installing the app for and hit Install .
9. Grant Third Party Access and hit Continue.
10. You will find your apps in the Installed packages in Settings > Advanced Setup >Installed Packages .
