# Aprova slack integration

> To connect Slack with Aprova, create a Zap and set Aprova as the trigger with the New Job event by entering your API key. Then, select Slack as the action with the Send channel message event, connect your Slack account, and publish the integration to establish the connection.

## Steps

1. Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar.
2. Click on the Trigger to define the trigger event.
3. Select Aprova.ai from the listed apps.
4. Select the Trigger event as New Job .
5. Click on Account to connect your Aprova account.
6. Enter the API key (under Settings) from your Aprova account.
7. Now, select your Action event.
8. And search for Slack .
9. As for the Action , choose Send channel message.
10. Next, connect your Slack account if it's not connected.
11. Finally, Publish to establish the connection.
