# Docsend slack integration

> To connect DocSend and Slack, hit Create > Zap, select DocSend as the trigger app with the New Visit event, and connect your account. Then, select Slack as the action app with the Send channel message event, connect your Slack account, and publish.

## Steps

1. Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar.
2. Click on the Trigger to define the trigger event.
3. Select DocSend from the listed apps.
4. Select the Trigger event as New Visit .
5. Click on Account to connect your DocSend account.
6. Login to your DocSend account to connect.
7. Now, select your Action event.
8. And search for Slack .
9. As for the Action , choose Send channel message.
10. Next, connect your Slack account if it's not connected.
11. Finally, Publish to establish the connection.
