# Hubspot - Connect to Gmail

> To connect Gmail to HubSpot, open settings, navigate to General and the Email tab, and select Connect your inbox. Enter your email address, click Connect to Gmail or choose the Google tile if prompted, and click Continue to review permissions and allow access on the Google login page.

## Steps

1. Click on the settings icon
2. Navigate to the General section
3. Click on the Email tab.
4. Click here to continue
5. Tick the checkbox and click on Connect your inbox
6. Enter your email address that you want to connect and hit the Next button
7. If you get the prompt above. Click on Connect to Gmail
8. If HubSpot cannot identify your email provider, you will see this prompt
9. In that case select the Google/Gmail tile.
10. Hit Continue to be directed to Google login page. Review the required permissions and click Allow .
