# Pure chat slack integration

> To connect Pure Chat and Slack, log in to Zapier and create a new Zap. Set Pure Chat as the trigger with the New Chat Request event, then connect your account using the generated key. Next, set Slack as the action with the Send channel message event, connect your Slack account, and publish.

## Steps

1. Log in to Zapier and hit Create > New Zap on the left sidebar.
2. Click on the Trigger.
3. Search and select Pure Chat from the listed apps.
4. Select the Trigger event as a New Chat Request.
5. Click on Account to connect your Pure Chat account.
6. Generate and enter the key from the Pure Chat Zapier integration settings .
7. Now, select your Action event.
8. And search for Slack.
9. As for the action, choose Send channel message.
10. Lastly, connect your Slack account if it's not connected.
11. Finally, Publish to establish the connection.
