# Talkdesk salesforce integration

> To install Talkdesk on Salesforce, search the Salesforce AppExchange for Talkdesk for Salesforce, select Try It Free, and choose a sandbox or log in. Next, add your custom domain, choose user access, grant third-party access, and complete the installation to find your new app in the Installed Packages settings.

## Steps

1. Head over to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Talkdesk for Salesforce.
2. Hit the Try It Free button.
3. Select Try in your sandbox .
4. Now, check if your account info is correct and click on Continue to Installation .
5. We now have to move to login to your Salesforce account by clicking the Log In & Install .
6. Click on Use Custom Domain to add your salesforce domain.
7. Add your custom domain name and hit Continue .
8. Choose who you are installing the app for and hit Install .
9. Grant Third Party Access and hit Continue.
10. You will find your apps in the Installed packages in Settings > Advanced Setup >Installed Packages .
