# HubSpot - How to Connect WhatsApp

## Steps

1. Locate the Settings icon on the top right.
2. Navigate to the left sidebar menu, find the Inbox & Help Desk, and click on Inboxes.
3. Click the button labeled Connect a channel.
4. Choose WhatsApp from the available channel options.
5. Click Continue with WhatsApp to initiate the connection process.
6. Proceed by granting permission and access to your WhatsApp account.
