# Zendesk salesforce integration

> To integrate Salesforce, open your Zendesk account settings, navigate to Apps and integrations, and select Zendesk Support apps. Next, open the Marketplace, search for Salesforce, click Install, select your account, confirm the installation, and verify it under the Currently Installed tab.

## Steps

1. Go to your Zendesk account and find the gear icon in the left sidebar.
2. In the settings page, find Apps and integrations .
3. Look for Zendesk Support apps under Apps .
4. Now, click on the Marketplace button on the top right.
5. Search for Salesforce and click on it.
6. Hit Install .
7. Select the account to install the app.
8. Hit Install .
9. You will find Salesforce under Currently Installed tab.
