# How to Copy a Survey in SurveyMonkey

## Steps

1. On your SurveyMonkey dashboard, navigate to the survey that you want to create a copy and click the ellipsis icon to open the options.
2. Click on the 'Make a Copy' option in the drop-down menu.
3. After clicking copy, a dialog box will appear asking you to give the copied survey a new name.
4. Once you’ve named the survey, click 'Save'.
5. The new copy of the survey will now appear in your list of surveys, and you can edit it without affecting the original.
