# How to create a form in Airtable

> To create a form in Airtable, click the Views option, select Form, and choose Create a form view. Next, click Create a new view, enter your question details, and add fields by clicking Add a field to this table. Finally, press the Submit button to finish.

## Steps

1. Click on the 'Views' option
