# How to Create a Keap Opt-in Form

> To build a Keap opt-in form, navigate to Marketing and select Forms. Go to Public forms, click Create form, select a preferred form, and choose Start building your form. Next, click Add fields, select the Phone field, and toggle the Show opt-in to the on position.

## Steps

1. Navigate to 'Marketing' and select 'Forms'.
2. Click 'Public forms'.
3. Click 'Create form'.
4. Select your preferred form.
5. Click 'Start building your form'.
6. Click 'Add fields' at the bottom of the list of fields.
7. Select the 'Phone' field.
8. Toggle the 'Show opt-in' to the on position.
