# How to Create Table in Power BI using DAX

> To create a table in Power BI Desktop, go to the Modeling tab and click New Table. Next, enter your DAX expression in the formula bar and click Commit. Finally, view your new table in the Data pane.

## Steps

1. Open Power BI Desktop. Go to the 'Modeling' tab.
2. Click 'New Table'.
3. In the formula bar, type your DAX expression to define the table.
4. Click 'Commit' to apply the code.
5. This creates a table 'NumberTable' with values from 1 to 10.
6. You can check the new table you created in the 'Data' pane as well.
