# How to Create Workstream in Jira

> To create a workstream in Jira, click Create, select Epic, and click Create. Next, click Link issue to group related stories, tasks, or bugs under the Epic. Finally, click Reports, select Epic Report, and choose your epic workstream to track progress.

## Steps

1. Click on 'Create' in the top menu.
2. In the 'Issue Type' dropdown, select 'Epic'.
3. Click 'Create'.
4. Click 'Link issue' to link existing issues (stories, tasks, bugs, etc.) to this Epic. So that all issues related to the workstream are grouped under the Epic.
5. Click 'Reports'.
6. Select 'Epic Report'.
7. Select 'epic workstream.'
8. You can now track the progress of the workstream. While Jira doesn’t have a built-in 'Workstream' feature, you can effectively create and manage work streams using Epics.
