# How to Create App in AppSheet

> To create an app in AppSheet, click Create, choose a starting point with existing data, name your application, and select Education and Training as the category. Next, choose your data, connect with Google Sheets, select a sheet as your template, and click Select to make your first app live on web or mobile.

## Steps

1. Click '+ Create' to launch your app creation process.
2. Choose a starting point.
3. Leverage existing data for your app by choosing this option.
4. Name your application to easily identify it later.
5. Select 'Education & Training' for your app category.
6. Click 'Choose your data' to identify your data source for the app foundation.
7. Select a data source and connect with Google Sheets to import your structured data.
8. Select a sheet as your app template.
9. Choose 'Select' to begin your app creation journey.
