# How to Create Folders in Collections in Postman

> To create folders in collections in Postman, navigate to the workspace, select the collection in the left sidebar, and click the More Actions three dots button. Choose Add folder from the menu, click the folder to name it, add a description if needed, and click the plus button to add requests.

## Steps

1. Navigate to the workspace containing the collection where you want to create a folder.
2. Find the collection in the Collections tab in the left sidebar.
3. Hover over the collection name and click the More Actions button (three dots).
4. Select Add folder from the dropdown menu.
5. Your folder will be created.
6. Click on the folder to assign a name to it.
7. Add a description for the folder if needed.
8. Click the + button on the right of the folder tab to add requests,
9. Click "Query ParamsKeyValueDescriptionBulk EditKeyValueDescription"
10. Click "Query ParamsKeyValueDescriptionBulk EditKeyValueDescription"
11. You can now add requests to this folder.
