# How to Create Variants in Figma

> To create variants in Figma, select the desired component on the canvas, open the More Actions button in the right-side panel, and choose Add Variant to instantly generate a component variant.

## Steps

1. Inside your Figma design canvas, find and click the component you wish to use.
2. After that, head over to the right-side panel and click the 'More Actions' button.
3. Select 'Add Variant' from the list of options.
