# How to Customize Confirmation Email ConvertKit

> To customize a confirmation email in ConvertKit, log in and create a landing page. Open the Settings tab, select Incentive from the sidebar, and toggle Send incentive email ON. Click Edit Email Contents to modify the subject, message, and redirect link, then save your changes.

## Steps

1. Log in to ConvertKit and click '+ Create a new'.
2. Select 'Landing page' if you want a standalone signup page.
3. Go to the 'Settings' tab of your landing page.
4. Select 'Incentive' from the left sidebar.
5. Toggle 'Send incentive email' ON. This is the confirmation email.
6. Click 'Edit Email Contents'.
7. Customize the subject and email content to thank subscribers for signing up.
8. Click on the link icon to redirect subscribers to a custom.
9. Click 'Save' when done.
