# How to Delete Unsubscribed Contacts From Mailchimp

> To delete unsubscribed contacts, open Mailchimp and go to All contacts under Audience. Click the unsubscribed contacts number, select the email you want to remove, open the three dots menu on the contact details page, check Permanently delete, and hit Permanently Delete Contact.

## Steps

1. On your dashboard, go to All contacts under the Audience section in the left column.
2. Click on the number on the Unsubscribed Contacts option.
3. Click on the email you want to delete and you will be redirected to the contact details.
4. On the top right corner of the page: Click on the three dots icon > Check the Permanently delete option > Hit Permanently Delete Contact .
