# How to Delete Your Descript Account

> To remove your profile in Descript, log in and click your profile icon in the top-right corner to open Settings. Next, navigate to the Profile section and locate the Delete Account option. Finally, click Delete Account to permanently confirm the deletion of your account.

## Steps

1. After logging in, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Settings.
2. Navigate to the Profile section in the account settings.
3. Look for the option labeled Delete Account.
