# How to disable dropbox sync

> To disable sync in Dropbox, open a new tab, log in, select your profile picture, and click Setting. Go to Security, scroll down, and click the trash icon next to the desired device. Finish by selecting Unlink to complete the process.

## Steps

1. Open a new tab and login to your Dropbox account.
2. Select your profile picture icon.
3. Then click "Setting."
4. Go to "Security."
5. Scroll down and click the trash icon next to the device you want to unsync.
6. Finish with selecting "Unlink." Now your done.
