# Salesforce - Enable Chatter

> To enable Chatter in Salesforce, click the Setup gear icon, search for Chatter Settings in the Quick Find pane, open the settings page, click Edit, check the Enable box, and save your changes.

## Steps

1. Head over to the Gear icon on the top right and select Setup from the dropdown.
2. Go to the Quick Find on the left pane and search for "Chatter Settings."
3. In the Chatter Settings page, click on the Edit button.
4. Check the Enable box.
5. Save your changes.
