# How to enable email tracking on sendgrid

> To enable email tracking on SendGrid, navigate to Settings and Tracking in the left sidebar, locate Open Tracking, and toggle the switch to Enabled. View your results under Stats and Global Stats, where you can filter parameters by date range or categories, and export the open statistics as a CSV file.

## Steps

1. Go to Settings > Tracking in the left sidebar.
2. Find Open Tracking among the tracking options.
3. Toggle the switch to "Enabled" to enable open tracking.
4. For viewing open tracking results, navigate to Stats > Global Stats in the left sidebar.
5. You can filter by date range, categories, or other parameters.
6. You can also Export out the open stats as a CSV.
